fantastic location! comfy room!

central train station double-glazed window needed room

the hotel is near the central train station. it is easy to get around! the room had everything i needed. double-glazed windows ensured peaceful night's sleep.

the room was a little small for moving around. there's no closet, just hangers above the coffee maker and the safe.

Location

9/10

the location is central, close to the historical center. i found many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. attentive staff are available to provide directions to attractions.

Service

8/10

Wonderful Base for Exploration

excellent location fun decor best air conditioning

The location proves excellent in the heart of city center. A chocolate theme decor is evident and fun. The air conditioning performed best throughout my travels. I found the sink inside the bathroom behind a closed door very functional for privacy.

Service

9/10

The arrival check-in staff member, a tall gentleman, gave helpful suggestions regarding transport tickets. All the staff proved friendly and were always willing to help with directions. They were very efficient during check-in and check-out.

Dining

8/10

Breakfasts included a chocolate fountain, a detail I did find very nice. The breakfast buffet did offer a good selection of items, but I was missing more fresh vegetables.

limited selection unfriendly staff

I was not impressed by the breakfast. there were few hot options available, and the selection felt limited for the price. the breakfast room was located right by the entrance, so it was drafty and cold. i also found some of the staff to be unfriendly. Tables were not cleared promptly, and there seemed to be a lack of focus on customer service.
